Biography

Born in Baghdad, Republic of Iraq, in 1979 (due to his father's overseas assignment). After graduating from Hiroshima Gakuin High School (private) and the Faculty of Law (Private Law Course), The University of Tokyo, he worked for Daiwa Securities SMBC Co. Ltd. After completing Chiba University Law School, he was admitted to the bar and registered with the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association in December 2008. Following experience at a foreign-affiliated international law firm and a corporate law firm in Tokyo, he established Toa Law Office in 2012. He completed the LL.M. in Commercial Law at the School of Law, Singapore Management University, in 2014. He joined our firm in June 2022.
